Toulouse, an American bistro with French influences, is celebrating its 16th anniversary at the beginning of October with a couple of great specials for lovers of the grape.
From Oct. 1 through Oct. 10, all entrees at Toulouse will be only $16 and most wines by the bottle will be $16. (The wines that will be included are wines that normally sell for $50 and less by the bottle, and the resaturant will be offering approximately 60 wines by the bottle for $16 during this time).
