Fido and Fluffy may love to breed like rabbits and multiply with litters, but the shelters don’t exactly dig having to take care of the leftovers when people tire of their furry new toys. So SpayGeorgia and Atlanta Pet Rescue have joined forces once again for a silent and live auction. The 5th Annual Paws for Cocktails is Fri., Nov. 17, at 5:30pm at Park Tavern (10th & Monroe, 404.249.0001). $15 donation at the door includes free apps and a drink. Atlanta Falcon cheerleaders and other celebs are expected to attend. Rah! Other perks: door prizes for the first 500 guests, a pet psychic, raffle, and doing your part to drink in the name of Fido and Fluffy.
