The Family Dog and Chef Ron Eyester (aka The Angry Chef) are offering a scrumptious-sounding fall-inspired beer dinner entitled “An Apple a Day…” on Monday, Oct. 17.
The dinner offers a six-course twist on a favorite fall fruit, apples. Featuring locally grown and freshly harvested apples, dishes include smoked apple bisque, apple-stuffed Berkshire pork loin and more. Each course is expertly paired with a Southeastern brew selected and profiled by The Family Dog’s Jason Chenette.
