Elegant. Magical. Blitz and glitz. I attended the ticketed grand opening reception of Bob Amick and Todd Rushing’s new French restaurant TROIS (1180 Peachtree St. @ 14th and Peachtree, 404.815.3337) this past Friday (proceeds benefitted the Atlanta Symphony Center), and I was entranced. Atlanta’s never seen anything like this. Three full levels of luxe linens, delectable delicacies, stellar service, enviable views of the city, and an enchanting ambiance like no other. Each floor offers its own kitchen to ensure that your food arrives hot and quickly. The lowest level boasts a jazzy bar that I predict will be the new see-and-be-seen afterwork hotspot.
