About Aquanada
An online-based upscale e-boutique, Aquanada showcases luxe handcrafted jewelry designed and created by Atlanta-based indie designer Kirsten Ott. The Aquanada jewelry collection complements and celebrates the multifaceted components of the aesthetically inclined woman. (A ruggedly handsome men’s line is coming soon.) Aquanada incorporates charms, chains, semiprecious gems, pearls, precious metals, Swarovski crystals, shells, wood, vintage confections, found objects and glass into fashionable designs embracing modern aesthetics with timeless motifs. The playful titles of Aquanada jewelry are culled from idioms, tart quips, sayings and clichés, such as {still waters run deep} (a double strand of sterling silver chains—one sports a faceted aquamarine glass briolette while a sterling silver anchor is suspended on the lower chain) and {finders keepers} (a charm necklace of oceanic nostalgia with a sterling silver starfish and a strawberry quartz teardrop). Kirsten creates custom designs for bridal parties and special gifts, as well as customizing items from her collection for her clientele with her “If Only” special orders department. A former magazine editor, Kirsten believes in the power of language. Check out her helpful glossary/lexicon on www.aquanada.com, which provides clients with explanations and definitions on stones, metals, jewelry lingo and more. Contact Kirsten at 404.314.2672.
